How does the free trial work?
When you sign up for a trial, you get access to all features of PRO plan for 14 days. You may select a different plan during the trial or may just pay for the current plan using your credit card.
Can I change plans?
Yes. You can start, stop or change your plan at any time. You may also change billing frequency from monthly to annual or vice versa at any point of time. The change gets impacted only after the end of current subscription. No refunds are given for cancellations, changes or downgrades.
What happens after the trial ends?
At the end of trial, you should select a plan and pay for it. All your data remains intact for 30 more days after the trial period.
Is my data secure?
Yes. All the information you put into LawGro is absolutely secured. We use bank-grade security standards and comprehensive security audits to ensure all your data is always protected.
Is my credit card details needed to start the trial?
No. We donot need your credit card details to start you on a trial. You give your credit card details only when you choose to make payment for a specific plan.
What is a user?
Anyone who creates an account on LawGro and access our services is considered a user. You may add as many users as you want without any limits. Any user who has left your firm and whose account has been de-activated is not counted as a user for future billings.
